I loved the property, its big size room. The staff were excellent. The hotel's location was good and unbeatable, near Almaty city center.

I had a great time using the swimming pool and SPA at Shera Inn Hotel. It was a nice surprise that they were included in my stay. Although I had to go outside and across the street, it was worth it. Additionally, the room was clean and the internet was reliable. I'll recommend this hotel.
